Cosmic Shimmer -Super Matt Varnish

Andy Skinner is an International Mixed Media Artist who is best known for his unique Industrial Gothic style. He has designed this Super Matt Varnish by Cosmic Shimmer for Creative Expressions. For best use, apply one coat and allow to dry, if necessary apply a second coat. This varnish takes 30 to 60 minutes to completely dry. It contains a new crosslinked polyurethane with advanced resin techology and can be used for interior and exterior surfaces.
